So I tried looking for information on the founding of Woburn and came up blank. So, this is probably how it went. Natives lived here until the Europeans came. They started farms and probably a mill or two. More and more people came building more homes and eventually shops and such. The population continued to expand and build, and now you have it as it stands today. Sounds about right to me.
Due to my inability to come up with much here 30% of profits will go to TOPS instead of 20. That should make up for it. Though here's a cool fact that I did find:
The Woburn Hotel housed the meetings of the first Scarborough Council from 1850 until 1922.
